Pet Policy

A non-refundable one-time pet fee of $300 per apartment and a monthly fee of $55.00 per pet is paid by Tenant(s). No more than TWO animals per apartment. There is a 50 LB weight restriction per pet. Breed restrictions include, but are not limited to, Pit Bulls, Bull Terriers, American Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, Mastiff Breeds, German Shepherds, Dobermans, Chows, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Wolf Hybrids, and Huskies. Full blood or mixed at any percentage. No visiting pets/animals are permitted. 

Pets/animals must always be kept on leashes when outside the apartment home. Resident(s) must restrain and control pet/animal activity while outside of the apartment home and in all Common Areas. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO RUN LOOSE AT ANY TIME. Pet/animals must not be tied or kept outside door, in the hallways, or on the balcony or lanais, if applicable. Tenant(s) agree to fully indemnify the Landlord, owner or agent for any damages arising out of injury to another person or to another pet by the pet. Pets/animals must be walked in designated pet/animal areas (if provided) or off the Community Property. Resident is responsible for immediate and proper cleaning up after and disposal of waste from the pet/animal. Resident must place solid cat litter in a plastic trash bag that is securely tied for disposal. Residents are responsible for any damages beyond normal wear and tear caused by an animal. Any pet-related pest infestations must be treated immediately at the Resident’s expense. Breeding of animals on property is strictly prohibited. Pet sitting for any length of time is not permitted.

We use a third-party service to ensure all Applicants and Residents understand and adhere to our pet policies. All Applicants must complete a Pet, No Pet, or Assistance Animal profile with our third-party service.

SERVICE ANIMALS: Service animals are not considered pets and will be accepted without breed or weight restrictions or pet deposits, fees or rent provided that they do not upset the calm or safety of others. Service animals will be vetted by our third-party service.

Lunar Property Management reserves the right to revoke a pet agreement at any time. If revoked, the Resident is required to permanently remove the pet within three (3) business days.
